Slightly Less 'Boring'

Stand by for critique:

I view this drawing in a slightly different way. When looking at this, I imagine a girl finding the Caterpie before Christmas, and taking it home as children do. There it's treated as a doll, given a pillow and fake/real cocoa, and forced gently to lay down like a human.

...As the girl looked down on her new pet, she was filled with worry. Was it dead? It seemed to be in the same position as her parents when they slept, so she had hoped it would just sleep like them. But something was different...
She decided to leave it, and she soon forgot about the decaying corpse that slept forever on in her dollhouse.
